Free Returns/Exchanges : Enjoy hassle-free returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging intact. Each item for exchange requires a separate request indicating your preferred size and color.

Post 7 Days : We are unable to process exchanges or returns after 7 days from the delivery date. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

One Time Exchange : Within the initial 7-day period, we allow one exchange per item. Please choose your size or color carefully during the first exchange request, as subsequent exchanges are not possible. Your cooperation is valued.

Damaged or Incorrect Products : In the rare instance of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request via our website.

Exchange Procedure : During an exchange, you have the option to select an alternative product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item costs less, the price difference will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days upon receiving the returned parcel at our warehouse.
